Modern Full Home Renovation

Modern home renovation for a family of 4 (two kids) and their dog. The full renovation work took about 9 weeks to complete. 

Val David Country Home

We transformed this 70-year old lakeside cottage in beautiful Val David, Quebec, inside and out, and brought it up to modern standards for year-long country living. The result is a bright, airy and cozy retreat nestled in the woods.

Family Home Transformed

A primary goal with this gut renovation was to create a large open-concept kitchen, dining area and living room on the main level, perfect for large family gatherings. A new entry vestibule, mudroom and laundry room were all created for functionality, but without sacrificing design. The bedrooms were updated, and the couple now gets to enjoy the beauty of all new modern and serene bathrooms. The new palette throughout the home is a reflection of the couple’s aesthetic: modern, but still warm and inviting. 

By creating a new peaked roof over the front entry of the house, and the outside of the home is now as inviting as the new interior. The new windows and exterior doors give the facades a more modern look all while improving the energy efficiency of the home. 

Lasalle Duplex

The lower two floors of a 1960s duplex was transformed into a modern open-concept living space. Bearing walls were replaced with new beams in the ceiling to create the unobstructed open living-dining-kitchen area. A sleek stair with steel center stringer and glass railing is a contemporary accent to some of the more traditional details and furniture in the home. 

Baie D'Urfé Home

Hudson Kitchen

Combining the old divided kitchen and dining room of this ranch-style home allowed the space to be transformed into a spacious open-concept kitchen perfect for large family gatherings.

Heritage Home

A classic white kitchen design, with white shaker cabinets and black granite counters, warmed up with a custom handmade walnut island counter top and shelves is a great, slightly modern, addition to a 1940s heritage home. 

The upstairs bathroom is contemporary and spa-like. It is a complete 'night-and-day' transformation from the home's original bathroom.

Lakeshore House Kitchen

A nature-inspired kitchen over-looking the lake. Hand-crafted walnut and painted shaker-style cabinets are complimented by the dynamic Brazilian granite. The master bathroom’s sleek and modern design is balanced with the warmth of the natural sapele wood accents and custom make-up vanity.

Family Basement Renovation

This incredible basement transformation has given the young family of four an extra 600 s.f. of fully usable living space, including an all new bathroom, laundry room, open family room, and plenty of built-in storage.
