Lasalle Duplex
The lower two floors of a 1960s duplex was transformed into a modern open-concept living space. Bearing walls were replaced with new beams in the ceiling to create the unobstructed open living-dining-kitchen area. A sleek stair with steel center stringer and glass railing is a contemporary accent to some of the more traditional details and furniture in the home.
