Family Home Transformed

A primary goal with this gut renovation was to create a large open-concept kitchen, dining area and living room on the main level, perfect for large family gatherings. A new entry vestibule, mudroom and laundry room were all created for functionality, but without sacrificing design. The bedrooms were updated, and the couple now gets to enjoy the beauty of all new modern and serene bathrooms. The new palette throughout the home is a reflection of the couple’s aesthetic: modern, but still warm and inviting.

By creating a new peaked roof over the front entry of the house, and the outside of the home is now as inviting as the new interior. The new windows and exterior doors give the facades a more modern look all while improving the energy efficiency of the home.
